Sales
About the role
This role will join our Sales Finance Team and will support the achievement of Reckitt’s Net Revenue targets, while ensuring Compliance with Company Processes and Policies, through:
•Net Revenue Planning, Monitoring & Reporting
•Net Revenue Maximization Initiatives
•Process Documentation, Cascades, Updates & Compliance Efforts
•Policy Documentation, Cascades, Updates & Compliance Efforts
Your responsibilities
-Net Revenue Planning, Monitoring & Reporting for the assigned BU and Trade Channels
Budget Planning and Deployment, in coordination with Stakeholders
Tracking of Actual vs Plan Spending and Drivers
Management Reporting of Net Revenue Performance, Drivers and Recommendations
Development and Deployment of NR Maximization Efforts, in coordination with Stakeholders
All other NR and NR Maximization related deliverables
-Policy Documentation, Cascades, Updates & Compliance Efforts for the assigned BU and Trade Channels
Facilitate the Documentation of Policies relevant to Trade Marketing & Trade Sales
Consolidation and Maintenance of Reference Materials on the Policies
Cascade and Alignment of Policies with Internal Stakeholders
Reviews and Update Recommendations on relevant Policies
All other Policy-related deliverables, in the context of Trade Sales and Trade Marketing
The experience we're looking for
-Educational Attainment:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance
-Professional Background:
Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the same role or similar function, in a comparable company, with relevant experience in Sales Operations, Trade Marketing and Finance Management.
Commercial Awareness
Knowledge on Business Analytics
