About the role

We're looking for an E2E GM Expansion Manager – EUANZ (Europe, Australia & New Zealand) based in Amsterdam. You will be responsible for delivering continuous margin expansion in the region and you will ensure that the pipeline of productivity initiatives identified is secured and delivered.

We need a highly independent professional who has a strong commercial understanding and technically capable of running ad-hoc analysis on RGM, Manufacturing and Logistics & Warehousing. This person will be a business partner with the region and local market and makes sure best practices are leveraged from other E2E GM managers and the productivity team. You will report into the E2E GM Expansion EUANZ team lead.

Your responsibilities

Key outputs and deliverable expected:

• Drive margin expansion in EUANZ. Contribute towards our +£50m in annual margin improvement per year globally.
• Scope is across the E2E value chain; product & pack, pricing, mix, trade optimization, cogs, procurement and supply chain improvements.
• Business Partner cross functionally with R&D, Supply, Brand & Trade Marketing.
• Hypothesis formulation that will translate in fit/gap analysis, opportunity impact projections, feasibility assessments with the cross functional teams.
• Drive the Global E2E Operating Model to ensure conversion from ideas to execution (incl. tracking and reporting).
• Collaborate with Global functional leads such as CDO, R&D and Supply Excellence to gain global insights and best practices that can be deployed in EUANZ.

The experience we're looking for

• Communication & Influence: Good data-led story telling skillset which allows you to influence the business.
• Organizational Skills: ability to manage time and tasks in an efficient manner.
• Skilled in building relationships: effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organization.
• Business acumen: knowledge about key business issues across the value chain and the skill to apply that knowledge, and the confidence to take action.
• Analytical: can demonstrate outstanding commercial analytical capability based on internal and external data points (e.g. Nielsen/EPOS)
• Experience in RGM/Trade Marketing/Strategic Consultancy role in FMCG is considered a plus.
