What is the opportunity?
To strengthen the horizontal coordination and execution capability of Data & Digital, the Strategic Engagement Manager bridges strategy and delivery, ensuring cross-domain alignment, vendor engagement support and solution implementation efficiency for the team.
As a Strategic Engagement Manager, you'll prevent silos, ensure cross-functional alignment across enterprise initiatives, team initiatives and support vendor relationships.
This is an opportunity to influence how the organization operates at scale—managing partnerships with key stakeholders, supporting solution alignment with strategy, advocating for efficiency in the team and enabling leadership with actionable insights. You'll be the connective tissue that translates strategic priorities into coordinated delivery and measurable outcomes.
What will you do?
Coordinate engagements across Data & Digital execution teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and defining engagement frameworks.
Support strategic vendor relationships from a business perspective: from selection, onboarding, solutioning through performance tracking and risk management.
Support exploration and design for initiatives requiring involving multiple functions within the team (e.g., digital releases, vendor re-platforming, application decommission strategies).
Facilitate solution design discussions ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic goals (e.g. aligning data strategy to enterprise)
Track initiatives health (timelines, risks, dependencies) and support issue resolution across execution teams.
Support leadership with dashboards, KPI/OKR reports, roadmap updates, and strategy documentation.
Identify areas for simplification, reuse, and consolidation and reduce duplication by building scalable frameworks that enable the team to operate more efficiently as demand grows.
Anticipate cross-team impacts and proactively coordinate to mitigate risks and align with long-term strategic priorities.
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
2-4 years of experience in business analysis, product management, technology delivery, or related roles in data or technology.
Experience in financial services with understanding of compliance requirements and enterprise technology ecosystems.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills with proven ability to collaborate across domains.
Executive communication expertise ability to prepare business cases, dashboards, and executive-level content summarizing complex concepts.
Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience level.
Nice-to-have:
Vendor due diligence exposure and experience managing strategic partnerships.
Project management experience
Knowledge of technical principles and technology transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
