What is the Opportunity?
RBC offers an exciting role as a Senior Manager, Cross-Domain Lead, SAP Modernization. In this role you will lead one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions. You will apply extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.
What will you do?
Work closely with (internal) clients to define the business problems, issues and planned approach for one or more S&P engagement components.
Oversee performance of S&P engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff. Coach junior team members and (internal) clients.
Lead analyses and solution development for key S&P engagement module(s). Perform more complex activities.
Provide recommended S&P solutions. Work with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver (internal) client presentations.
Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of complex business processes, systems, and requirements, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Interact with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into operational improvements and software system requirements.
Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
Create detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
Provide analytical support for project teams, including data collection, trend identification, data visualization, and result interpretation.
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in business operations.
Experience in data analysis and management with excellent statistical knowledge.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of business process modelling and reengineering.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis software.
BSc degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
Previous experience in payroll, compensation or total benefits is an asset.
