What is the Opportunity?

RBC offers an exciting role as a Senior Manager, Cross-Domain Lead, SAP Modernization. In this role you will lead one or more consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions. You will apply extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments.

What will you do?

• Work closely with (internal) clients to define the business problems, issues and planned approach for one or more S&P engagement components.

• Oversee performance of S&P engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff. Coach junior team members and (internal) clients.

• Lead analyses and solution development for key S&P engagement module(s). Perform more complex activities.

• Provide recommended S&P solutions. Work with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver (internal) client presentations.

• Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of complex business processes, systems, and requirements, and provide recommendations for improvement.

• Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.

• Interact with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into operational improvements and software system requirements.

• Perform feasibility analysis, scope projects, and work with the project management team to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.

• Create detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.

• Provide analytical support for project teams, including data collection, trend identification, data visualization, and result interpretation.

• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in business operations.

• Experience in data analysis and management with excellent statistical knowledge.

• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

• Knowledge of business process modelling and reengineering.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis software.

• BSc degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

• Previous experience in payroll, compensation or total benefits is an asset.
