What is the opportunity?

As an Analyst in our Trade Agreement Services team, you will negotiate and digitize various types of trading documentation related to global capital markets trading platforms.

What will you do?

• Negotiate and review amendments and other documents in relation to fund-related repo, securities lending, ISDA, FX, and Futures trading agreements

• Update internal and external systems to reflect the status of negotiations and to capture information from the completed agreements

• Collaborate with other trade client onboarding teams, including, but not limited to, Trading Documentation, Legal, Credit, Risk, Sales, KYC/AML to provide a successful client experience

• Perform other duties as assigned

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant field

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Prioritize your tasks according to their urgency, importance and impact independently

• Proficiency in information analysis across internal and external systems

• Critical thinker with problem solving skills

• Excellent organizational skills and strong time management skills for transparency and accountability

• Proficiency with Adobe PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and collaborative communication tools

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first attitude

Nice to have

• Previous Capital Markets work experience or understanding of investment banking products

• Operations or Technology degree, background, or experience

• SQL

• Bilingual (French)
