What is the opportunity?
This role is for a Global Product Owner responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of the CLM Corporate Asset product.
This opportunity involves leading a high-impact product lifecycle, aligning it with organisational goals, and delivering value to customers across global markets.
We require a strategic thinker with strong leadership and collaboration skills to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
This role is a full-time permanent position requiring 4 days in the office.
What will you do?
Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision, develop a multi-year roadmap, track KPIs, and conduct quarterly strategy reviews.
Product Development & Delivery: Own the product lifecycle, prioritise features using data-driven frameworks, manage the backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for cross-functional teams, synthesise requirements, build consensus, and escalate risks.
Customer & Market Insight: Develop expertise in customer needs, conduct market research, gather feedback, and monitor adoption and satisfaction metrics.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with Risk and Legal teams, maintain documentation, and conduct impact assessments.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build and mentor high-performing teams, foster innovation, facilitate collaboration, and develop succession plans.
What you need to succeed?
Strategic Thinking: Ability to define and execute a product vision aligned with organisational goals.
Product Management Expertise: Proven experience in managing the full product lifecycle, prioritising features, and delivering on schedule.
Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and negotiation skills to align diverse teams and manage expectations.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs and market trends, with experience in gathering and synthesising feedback.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory requirements and ability to ensure product compliance across jurisdictions.
Leadership Skills: Experience building, mentoring, and leading distributed teams in a collaborative environment.
Agile Practices: Proficiency in agile methodologies and process optimisation to improve delivery predictability.
