What is the opportunity?
As a Senior New Client Representative you will be the key contact for Advisors, Sales Representatives and internal partners providing superior sales implementation support and service during the submission process of new client business and adding a new product for existing clients.
As well, you will be the go to person for the training and mentoring of new employees.
What will you do?
• Manage all new case and add a new product submissions request from Sales Representatives, Advisors and Group Service Representatives for complex group cases involving 200+ lives with more complex plan designs
• Prioritize strategic accounts and complex cases for a best client experience
• Provide best practices for new case and add a new product submission including gathering master application, Advisor Compensation Form and census data. Ensure all details are submitted with the highest level of accuracy and completeness
• Inform, encourage and share best practices with our Advisors, Sales Representatives and Client Relationship Specialist to assist in achieving plan effective dates and delivery of new case materials
• Integrate and lead a Proactive Sales Culture into all interactions with Sales Representatives, Advisors, Clients and other internal/external partners. Respond to all calls within a 24-hour period
• Act as the driver to move new business through the submission process ensuring the delivery of new case materials in a timely manner. Maintain and update Salesforce.com, GBS workflow, FASAT and GRAPE in timely fashion
What will you need to succeed?
• 2 to 4 years of Group Insurance experience is considered an asset
• Excellent organizational skills, initiative and proactive
• Proven verbal and written communication skills
• Well versed with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com
• Add value through leadership, mentoring, analytical, problem solving, solution driven, and extensive knowledge of group submission process
• Successfully partner with all internal and external partners

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$55,000.00 - $90,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
