  • Translate financial data into operational recommendations with business impact.
  • Design and maintain self-service analytics using AI-driven tools; use advanced data visualization and predictive analytics to surface hidden cost drivers and optimization opportunities.

4. Governance & Controls

  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory reporting standards, and cost allocation rules.
  • Collaborate with Vendor Management on accruals, invoice validation, and contract alignment.
  • Identify high-effort manual processes and automate them using AI and scripting tools; implement data validation rules and anomaly detection to improve accuracy and cycle time.

5. Partnership & Influence

  • Act as strategic advisor to technology and product leaders on financial matters.
  • Drive transparency and accountability by embedding financial rigor into planning cycles.
  • Support the business case development and ROI evaluation for large-scale tech investments.
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to translate financial models into actionable insights; partner on cost implications of AI and data infrastructure investments.
