What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Manager, Marketing to lead marketing initiatives across the Caribbean region. This role combines brand stewardship, corporate social responsibility management, and commercial growth strategy to drive RBC's market presence and revenue objectives throughout the Caribbean.

What will you do?

• Create and maintain positive RBC brand perception by developing and executing community engagement initiatives aligned with our Citizenship strategy, demonstrating RBC's commitment to Caribbean communities
• Lead Corporate Social Responsibility and sponsorship activities across the Caribbean, managing signature events including RFTK, Beach Clean Ups, and Little Leagues to maximize community impact and brand visibility
• Collaborate with senior management, product, and sales teams to develop integrated marketing strategies for Commercial Banking and Wealth Solutions business lines—including Business Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking, Roytrin, WISE Stock Brokerage, and Merchant Business Services—to identify growth opportunities and achieve revenue targets
• Design and implement efficient work practices and procedures that optimize marketing budgets, streamline project delivery, and maximize resource allocation
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering engagement, capability development, and productivity while creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role
• Proven experience in financial services, banking, or similar regulated industries
• Strong track record in brand management, CSR/sponsorship programs, and commercial marketing strategy
• Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
• Experience managing marketing budgets and driving ROI
• Excellent people management and mentoring skills
