What is the opportunity?
You will be helping a team of seven individuals with the processing of daily task using systems such as RBC Express, Service Link, JEFE, BTS. Assist where required to balance in work volumes and must be able to meet SLA's, be prepare to put in some overtime when require as volume fluctuate throughout the months and during RRSP season.
What will you do?
- Will be cross trained within the teams to be able to prioritize work and assist where it is mostly needed
- Assist with processing outgoing wires, bill payments, cheque deposits, pension returns, new accounts, JEFE processing and Service link request and Inquiries.
What you need to succeed?
Must-have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple task and be able to prioritize
- Ability to handle high volume at peak times in a fast pace enviroment
- Be able to work overtime when required to meet SLA's and high volumes at peak time.
- Strong customer service, be able to follow our model of Client's Frist attitude.
- Be able to understand when a request is urgent and how to resolve it.
- Be willing to cross train within the group to perform various duties as requested.
- Attention to details is a must requirement.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Nice-to-have
High accuracy in processing, be able to provide assistance to other team members when required.
Knowledge of RBC Express, BTS, JEFE, Servicelink and Excel
