Escalation & Issue Management
Identify operational issues, custodian rejections, and eligibility uncertainty and escalate these through established protocols to your Associate Director. You will also respond to Front Office requests on trade readiness and reclaim constraints, gathering necessary information for your Associate Director's response.
Management Information & Reporting
Contribute to the production of weekly and monthly MI reports on reclaim and RAS status, jurisdictional trends, and processing timelines. You will also maintain and organise 10-year historical reclaim and RAS data with capability to support ad-hoc analysis requests. You will track performance metrics and provide data to support monthly reporting.
