Job Description

What will you do?

This is a joint role supporting both the Content & Activations and Employee Engagement team under Sustainability & Impact. Roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating updates to internal and external website content

  • Project management of creative campaigns and media production (video projects, webcasts, static creative assets)

  • Planning, development and distribution of internal and external email newsletters

  • Maintaining content approval processes and resources (shared inbox management and updating content)

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Creative and design thinking

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Attention to detail and familiarity with content approval processes

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with website content updates and digital marketing

  • Experience with Asana project management tool

  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and email marketing tools

  • Experience or interest in video production, media, or creative campaign development

  • Basic design or copywriting skills

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices

  • Familiarity with WordPress

  • Experience with analytics tools for tracking campaign performance

Please note:

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or

  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
