What is the opportunity?
Join RBC WMC as a Business Analyst to deliver critical support for branch infrastructure, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and access management. In this role, you will collaborate with the Branch Infrastructure team to address end-user needs across DS, RT, and PH&N, ensuring seamless operations through proactive problem-solving, testing, and stakeholder engagement. In this role you will report to the RBC WMC Manager, Branch Infrastructure & Access Support
What will you do?
- Requirements & Strategy: Gather and analyze requirements to align product roadmaps with WMC’s digital strategy, providing data-driven insights for infrastructure initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Business, Technology, and Operations teams to maintain relationships, communicate updates, and drive alignment on cross-functional projects.
- End-User Advocacy: Champion user needs by disseminating critical updates, assessing impacts of changes, and developing rollout strategies to enhance branch/office experiences.
- Projects: Analyze business needs, produce business requirements, and perform testing (UAT/PIV) for infrastructure initiatives.
- Business Continuity Planning: Work with the BCM team, to maintain BIA and the BC Plan, proactively identify and mitigate risks, document solutions, and serve as escalation support for BCP related issues.
- Business technology Support: Work closely with the Branch Infrastructure team and our Enterprise partners, supporting our branch and head office users in the areas of BCP, branch Infrastructure and Access Management.

What will you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Strong business acumen and analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Post-secondary education (University or College) or 3 years equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work effectively in situations involving rapid change and shifting priorities, while effectively managing multiple projects (multi-tasking).
- Solid understanding of application Access Management concepts and systems.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in financial services industry with broad understanding of product management, risk management and end user support.
- Experience with tableau, Jira, Confluence, SalesForce, ClientLink, Broadridge.
- Working knowledge and understanding of brokerage operations, vendor management and/or systems experience.
- Experience working with ServiceNow, Secure API, entitlements and Access Manager

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$50,000.00 - $85,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
