Job Description

What is the opportunity?
We’re seeking a motivated summer intern to support our Digital Acquisition Media team in executing and optimizing campaigns across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing and exposure to industry-leading platforms, working closely with the Manager and Senior Manager to drive cost-efficient conversions and meet acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in executing and monitoring campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.

  • Support day-to-day campaign management, including budget tracking and basic optimization tasks.

  • Learn to analyze campaign data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Learn to identify, troubleshoot and how to escalate basic tracking and tagging issues with team guidance.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and contribute to team meetings.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through research and team discussions.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Pursuing a post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEM, social media advertising).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Curiosity about data analysis and willingness to learn tools like Excel, GA4, and Tableau.

  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.

  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Please note:

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or

  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
