What is the opportunity?
We’re seeking a motivated summer intern to support our Digital Acquisition Media team in executing and optimizing campaigns across digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in performance marketing and exposure to industry-leading platforms, working closely with the Manager and Senior Manager to drive cost-efficient conversions and meet acquisition targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Assist in executing and monitoring campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Support day-to-day campaign management, including budget tracking and basic optimization tasks.
Learn to analyze campaign data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Learn to identify, troubleshoot and how to escalate basic tracking and tagging issues with team guidance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights and contribute to team meetings.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through research and team discussions.
What do you need to succeed?
Pursuing a post-secondary degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEM, social media advertising).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Curiosity about data analysis and willingness to learn tools like Excel, GA4, and Tableau.
Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either:
Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or
If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
