What is the opportunity?
The Associate Program Manager fills a critical role by assisting the Heads of the Fee Based and Managed Solutions Group in the implementation of strategic initiatives, support and the growth of the fee-based programs for DS.
What will you do?
- You will assist to help drive growth in fee-based programs
- You will provide support and service to the Advisors, Associates and Branches with any inquiries.
- You will be a point of escalation for the Managed Solutions Consultants, Trade Execution Specialists and the Portfolio Management Consultants.
- You will also collaborate with various organizational groups internally and externally to ensure relationships are established and maintained to protect and grow the fee based programs.
- You will be required to present the programs to small groups of Associates and Advisors both virtually and in person as part of DS training programs.
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves:
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Strong self-directed team player with a bias for action and ability to have strategic influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills
- Excellent experience in project management and ability to deal with multiple competing priorities
- Bias for action, execution and results
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC)
Nice-to-have:
- Bilingual in English and French
