What is the opportunity?
Business Aligned Services is the face of Technology Infrastructure (TI) for our lines of Business. You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and talented business office, comprising of diverse skillsets and experience. The role will enable strong relationships to be forged across TI and Business lines alike. The successful applicant will become a trusted adviser to senior leaders and shape strategic priorities of TI, business and technology partners.
What will you do?
- Provide oversight and strategy to Governance and Controls for BAS Delivery Centre of Excellence, including ownership of TI Investment Review Board.
- Oversee resource planning and enable value realization – ensure CWM bench is sufficient to resource pipeline of demand.
- Drive workflow automation and streamline process to provide insightful, single source of truth for TI and Business infrastructure demand.
- Become trusted advisor to Organization Head and Platform Infrastructure Heads by driving strategies, guiding priorities, and optimizing operations.
- Optimize Business Office procedures and processes, including providing strong governance & controls and delivering multi-platform communications and materials; drive Enterprise-wide outcome.
- Resource Management Reporting and Analysis, identify key trends & report to key stakeholders.
- Expense management - direct and indirect allocated costs.
- BRD template assistance for finance pillar leads – HC data and Recruitment data.
- PAR tracking to ensure End-to-End process is followed.
- Meeting & presentation preparation, including BAS business management strategy development, Resource Management planning & analysis, Open Role reporting & analysis & Monthly Resource Management reports by SLT.
- Partnering with BM colleagues on strategic projects and org wide initiatives.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Undergraduate degree and 4-5 years relevant experience.
- Financial, consultancy or business management backgrounds would be helpful.
- Knowledge of the T&O businesses within a Business Management context including – Products, Organizational Structure & Operational Processes.
- Advanced capability with Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
- Highly effective and literate with excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, team orientated individual.
Nice to have:
- IT Project Management.
- Business Intelligence analysis tools.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Professional Qualification i.e. PMP, would be advantage.
