- Proven analytical and problem-solving ability, with experience using risk and financial systems (Bloomberg, data analytics platforms).
Nice-to-have:
- CFA designation.
- Data science and reporting skills (Python, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI).
- Exposure to product pricing and embedded risk considerations.
- Experience preparing senior management reporting and regulatory submissions.
What’s in it for you?
- A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including competitive compensation, flexible benefits, and discretionary bonus opportunities.
- Exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to influence key risk management decisions.
- Leaders who support your growth with coaching and career development opportunities.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative, high-performing team within the Chief Investment Office.
- The opportunity to take on challenging and meaningful work that has a direct impact on RBC Insurance’s risk framework and client outcomes.
