What you will to do?

• Web Development: Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• CMS Knowledge: Develop custom themes, blocks and plugins, with an understanding of the WordPress CMS framework, architecture, and standards.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers and project managers to implement new features and enhancements.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that the code is well-structured, adheres to WordPress coding standards, and follows best practices in accessibility, security, and performance.
• Responsive Design: Ensure that websites and web applications are optimized for mobile and desktop devices.
• Accessibility: Ensure that websites comply with accessibility standards, making the sites usable for all users, including those with disabilities.
• Agile Methodology: Participate in an Agile environment, working in sprints, attending daily stand-ups, and contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies and implement best practices to improve the team’s workflow.

Must have?

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable and optimized code.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with WordPress, the WordPress Framework, and WordPress coding standards is a bonus.
• Proven experience in Figma and strong understanding of responsive design, user experience, and accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, global team environment.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript framework (Vue, React, Angular).e
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
