What is the opportunity?
The new RBC Dominion Securities Internal Controls Support Centre located in Head Office is looking for a Regional Cash Manager to join their team! You will provide superior service along with administrative and operational support to DS Branches and employees.
What will you do?
Complete administrative and operational tasks to support DS Branches with regards to processing incoming and outgoing cash transactions
Perform first level review of transactions to ensure they meet all risk considerations
Investigate and resolve inquiries and escalations, and engage the Manager (or identified escalation contact) as required
Analyze, identify and escalate trends for enhanced due diligence
Distribute reports in a timely manner
Support the DS Branches by communicating effectively, professionally and in a responsive and timely manner.
Ensure that internal policies and procedures are distributed, understood, and complied with
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong Microsoft Office skills
A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment
Ability to complete duties independently seeking out own answers and solutions
Nice-to-have
Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook (CPH) is an asset
Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities’ systems and procedures, an asset
Experience in the securities industry is an asset
