Job Description

What is the opportunity?

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to join our Automation and Tools team. In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a portfolio of enterprise applications that drive automation, streamline IT operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and business partners to deliver scalable solutions that reduce manual effort, strengthen security posture, and enhance operational efficiency.

What will you do:

  • Manage the roadmap and backlog for a portfolio of applications supporting IT operations.

  • Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, service delivery, risk, HR, procurement, and desk-side support) to deliver high-value features.

  • Lead initiatives to automate manual tasks, integrate disparate systems, and optimize IT processes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to create executive dashboards and reporting solutions for real-time insights.

  • Ensure application reliability, performance, and compliance with enterprise security and vulnerability standards.

  • Drive iterative delivery through Agile practices, balancing long-term strategy with urgent business needs.

  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product success and identify opportunities for improvement.

What do you need to succeed?

Must have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise IT services.

  • Proven experience managing multiple applications and technical initiatives simultaneously.

  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in SQL, system integrations, REST APIs, and IT automation tools.

  • Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft MECM, ServiceNow, and Azure.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in reporting and dashboarding.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Nice to have:

  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

  • Familiarity with search and analytics platforms like Elasticsearch.

  • Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation workflows.

  • Experience in vulnerability management and IT compliance.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

What’s in it for you?

We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper. We care about each other, reaching our potential, making a difference to our communities, and achieving success that is mutual.

  • A comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.

  • Leaders who support your development through coaching and managing opportunities.

  • Ability to make a difference and lasting impact.

  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and high-performing team.

  • A world-class training program in financial services.
