What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly skilled RPA & Process Automation Technical Lead to lead the delivery and optimization of enterprise-grade automation solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong expertise in Pega Robotics, Microsoft Power Platform, RPA tools, and API integration with the ability to rationalize and optimize the current RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and RDA (Robotic Desktop Automation) footprint, guide teams, and deliver measurable business impact. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, automation governance, and mentoring of developers and solution teams.
What will you do?
Technical Leadership
Lead end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives using RPA, Pega Robotics, and Power Platform technologies.
Guide developers and solution teams on best practices, coding standards, and governance.
Ensure automations are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise requirements.
Automation Development & Integration
Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of automation workflows and bots.
Ensure seamless integration of automation with enterprise systems through APIs and cloud-based orchestration tools.
Build and maintain reusable frameworks, components, and automation templates.
Strategy, ROI & Governance
Rationalize the current RPA and RDA footprint by identifying overlaps, redundancies, and opportunities for consolidation.
Partner with business stakeholders to evaluate automation opportunities for ROI, cost savings, and business impact.
Establish and enforce delivery standards, governance processes, and automation KPIs.
Contribute to automation roadmaps that align with enterprise transformation goals.
Intelligent Automation & Innovation
Promote awareness and adoption of Intelligent Automation (IA), including AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and cognitive automation capabilities.
Collaborate with AI and data teams to integrate cognitive technologies with RPA and workflow solutions.
Stay current on emerging automation trends, tools, and cloud-native automation models.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor automation developers and business technologists to build skills and delivery capacity.
Conduct design/code reviews to ensure quality assurance and adherence to standards.
Foster a collaborative culture focused on innovation and measurable outcomes.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in automation and process improvement
3+ years in a technical lead role with RPA/IA solutions.
Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (Pega Robotics, Microsoft Power Automate).
Strong working knowledge of Pega Robotics and Microsoft Power Platform in automation delivery.
Experience with API-based integration, cloud automation, and workflow orchestration.
Proven ability to evaluate ROI, rationalize RPA/RDA footprints, and drive business impact
Exceptional interpersonal skills for building trust and coordinating complex projects while managing multiple priorities is an absolute essential.
Nice to have
Certification of Pega Robotics and Microsoft Power Platform in automation delivery
