What is the opportunity?

The Analyst, Supplier Risk Management is responsible for leading Capital Markets’ supplier management activities for market data, Tier 3 and Tier 4 engagements and will act as the subject matter expert in working with key business partners in leading

third party risk assessments and overall due diligence for global operations. This role will be working with

internal and external stakeholders throughout the supplier management lifecycle process.

What will you do?

  • Serve as central point-of-contact for suppliers, business units and centre of governance offices in managing supplier arrangements from on boarding to off boarding
  • Assist the BUs in performing third party risk assessments and overall due diligence activities
  • Support BUs on the management of supplier performance monitoring and oversight through reviews and documenting required post-contract activities (e.g. SOC reviews, exit strategies, SM attestations/Performance monitoring, etc.)
  • Engage suppliers where necessary in obtaining documentation and information to support required due diligence reviews
  • Participate in strategic meetings with suppliers, BU, and CoGs to ensure timely completion of risk assessments
  • Liaise with other departments to onboard applications for user access control monitoring; assist in the implementation of application SSO
  • Continual maintenance of supplier assessments and compliance for internal / external audits
  • Remediate risk findings, communicate impact to BUs; and with the assistance of IT Risk, work with BUs and Executives to ensure timely and accurate closure of open issues
  • Continual improvement in procedures, automation, reduce cycle time, and improve analytical capability while reducing errors
  • Lead new initiatives/projects for process efficiencies, workflow dependencies and transparency of records

What you need to succeed?

  • Degree in Business or Finance with 2+ years of prior relevant experience
  • Experience working in a Cyber Security role, a plus
  • Experience on projects or programs that require acquisition of new supplier or services, a plus
  • Knowledge of commercial purchase contract language, a plus
