Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with RBC's broader organizational goals and the CAE Group's vision
• Partner with executives to identify opportunities for innovation and transformation within the audit and risk assurance functions
• Architect and implement next-generation strategies that enhance the CAE Group's capabilities and effectiveness
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives
• Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps with clear milestones, metrics, and deliverables
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making
• Identify and assess emerging technologies and methodologies that could enhance the CAE Group's operations
• Provide thought leadership and strategic counsel to senior management
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications

• Master's degree or graduate-level education in business, finance, economics, or related field
• 10-15 years of strategy experience in consulting or corporate strategy roles, preferably within financial services
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing transformative initiatives
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
