We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and creative Director of Employer Brand Marketing to lead the charge in shaping and amplifying our reputation as an employer of choice, globally. As the leader of our Employer Brand Marketing team, you will develop and execute a global brand strategy that attracts top talent, engages internal audiences, and supports key business goals. You’ll bring deep experience in recruitment marketing, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to inspire creative solutions that make measurable impact.

What will you do?
- Lead the development and execution of a compelling employer brand strategy aligned with business objectives and talent needs.
- Design and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion, from passive candidate interest to application.
- Own project management and campaign operations, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and KPIs are met with excellence and efficiency.
- Foster strong cross-functional partnerships with stakeholders across Talent Acquisition, HR, Brand and Business Marketing, Communications, and Business Leadership.
- Ability to connect the dots, and see what others don’t to drive the most value for everything you do
- Champion creative solutioning, overseeing employer brand storytelling, content strategy, channel strategy, and campaign innovation across paid, owned, and earned channels.
- Provide exceptional budget oversight, ensuring strategic allocation of spend and demonstrating clear ROI on programs and initiatives.
- Develop and grow a high-performing team, offering clear direction, mentorship, and performance development opportunities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners, using data and insights to drive decision-making and continuously optimize strategy.
What you need to succeed?
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or communications,
- Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing experience is an asset
- Proven ability to build and execute brand strategies that achieve measurable business results.
- Expertise in full-funnel marketing, from awareness through to conversion and retention.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
- A creative problem-solver with a track record of building standout brand campaigns and storytelling frameworks.
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across a complex matrixed organization.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to develop, motivate, and scale a high-performing team.
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships efficiently and strategically.
- A data-driven mindset, comfortable using metrics to inform decisions and optimize programs.
