What is the opportunity?

As a Senior Analyst within the Operational Excellence team, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making and enhancing processes within the Client Acquisition & Service (CAS) department. This role focuses on leading root-cause analyses, developing executive-level dashboards, and collaborating across functions to align with strategic priorities. By delivering actionable insights, you will help shape operational strategies while promoting innovation and a culture of service excellence.

What will you do?

•Design and deliver executive-ready reports, insights, and presentations using data storytelling tools like Tableau to highlight performance trends, risks, and opportunities

•Conduct deep dives into operational and business performance using tools such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL, identifying pain points, leading root cause analysis, and proposing sustainable solutions

•Develop and maintain KPI scorecards, ad hoc performance dashboards, and operational insights to support executive forums, operational reviews, and strategic decision-making

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data & Analytics, Operations, Product, and Strategy, to ensure alignment on initiatives, optimize projects, and drive business readiness planning, risk mitigation, and change adoption

•Support or lead process mapping and redesign efforts using Lean principles to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, contributing to measurable impact initiatives

•Maintain and enhance CAS hubs, including Connect sites, while liaising with Operational Excellence teams to prioritize and implement impactful initiatives

What will you need to succeed?

Must have:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Math & Statistics, Finance, or related field

•2 to 4 years of experience with systems such as Excel, SQL and Tableau

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•Intermediate-to-advanced Tableau or Power BI skills for dashboard creation and data visualization

•Exceptional written and verbal communication, with experience tailoring content for executive audiences

•Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and structured reasoning, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Nice to have:

•Master’s Degree

•Experience in insurance or financial services

•Bilingualism

•Exposure to SQL, Python, or Alteryx

•LSS (Lean Six Sigma) training or certification

•High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
