What is the opportunity?

Join the RBC Regulated Learning team, where you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering compliance-focused learning solutions. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify regulatory training needs and develop innovative, engaging programs that drive employee knowledge and behavior. What will you do?

  • QA testing and validation of basic learning content, supplied by vendors or business-anchored learning on Workday Learning​.
  • Monitors and verifies that quality activities are in line with control procedures. Using established guidelines, tests content for functionality and accessibility standards. Supports troubleshooting with LSA resources. Provides insight on recommended fixes for vendor partners, when necessary.​
  • Review vendor outputs, provide insight on recommended fixes, and review RBC branding standards.
  • Create and maintain Workday Learning courses, audiences, and campaign based on approved business requirements.
  • Collaborate across the team and business partners to ensure consistent application of existing standards and best practices for the regulated learning portfolio.
  • Upload and manage content for testing.
  • Ensure course content and materials are stored and maintained on relevant systems and platforms are per practice.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • Attention to detail very important
  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects
  • Knowledge and skill set for testing using screen readers (i.e. JAWS 2023)
  • Analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Suite (Word, Excel, SP) skills

Nice to Have

  • Workday Learning experience (campaigns, audiences, programs, etc.)
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry (i.e. Financial Services)
