What is the Job Opportunity?
We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual to join our team as a key contributor to our Endpoint Cybersecurity Engineering efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support, taking initiative, and ensuring the security and integrity of our enterprise's public and private containers.
As a critical member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the security and integrity of our enterprise's containers, and your contributions will be essential to our organization's success. What Will You Do?
Utilizing Aqua Security vulnerability scanning to identify and address potential security threats
Implementing and managing CrowdStrike protection for containers to prevent cyber-attacks
Proactively identifying and mitigating potential threats to prevent data breaches and ensure the overall security of our systems
Maintaining the security posture of the organization's containerized environments
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address vulnerabilities
Implementing CrowdStrike’s advanced threat protection for containers
Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations through the integration of Aqua security and CrowdStrike solutions.
Handle escalations where necessary and manage both internal and external resource expectations.
Lead the documentation of internal application support procedures for improved service delivery and resiliency.
Develop automation and infrastructure as code to improve operational consistency and efficiency.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM templates, and Kubernetes for efficient deployment and scaling of cloud resources.
Work with the team to implement secure, highly available and scalable architectures for Security platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud architecture best practices and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to streamline software delivery and infrastructure management processes using existing tools and established tech stack.
Deploy new automation incrementally and iteratively to get near real-time feedback from our stakeholders.
What Do You Need To Succeed?
Must Have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree in technical field or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, managing projects and people
Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
A passion for making developers more efficient through DevOps, CI/CD, Automation, and Infrastructure as Code principles.
Proven people skills; team player with above average communication skills; strong negotiation & partnering abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in an enterprise environment.
Nice To Have:
Industry related certification – CISSP
Agile development practices experience
Knowledge of financial services business line(s) and associated applications and processes
IT standards, methodologies, and audit requirements
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer)
AWS certifications (e.g., DevOps Engineer, Solution Architect, SysOps Administrator)
