Working hours :3pm-12am / 4pm-1am

What will you do?

  • Responsible for timely and accurate end to end processing of Corporate Actions accordingly to defined SLAs
  • Products covered: Equity, Fixed Income, Funds, Structured Notes
  • Review process flows and initiate process improvements via change requests, defects
  • Participate in strategic initiatives and testing
  • Cash and security breaks investigation
  • Manage requests and queries within stipulated timeframe
  • Ensure that all transactions are processed in accordance to bank rule, circulars, procedures and local requirements
  • Provide relief support and other duties assigned and cross train on all functions performed with the team and across department

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline preferred
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences within a Securities Operations environment
  • Good working knowledge of global practices in relation to corporate actions
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details

Nice-to-have

  • Familiar with Milvus, SWIFT standards and IMActions (or other Corporate Actions software)
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Fast learner for new processing tasks assigned
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision
