What is the opportunity?
The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to delivering RBC Brewin Dolphin’s Financial Wellbeing offering. This B2B programme includes group financial education sessions, financial guidance advisor clinics, and other educational resources. As the Financial Wellbeing proposition is set to expand in the coming years, this role will play a pivotal part in its growth and direction.
The Financial Wellbeing Team will lead the internal launch across RBC WME and later introduce the offering to new external partners. From day one, the successful candidate will take over the management of existing relationships and be responsible for building and maintaining future partnerships both internally and externally.
What will you do?
Building strong relationships with all partners and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and actively managing partner relationships.
Playing a key role in the launch of the proposition internally and working closely with HR to roll out education sessions to staff.
Working with Financial Wellbeing partner firms (internal and external) to understand their expectations and collaborating with the team to tailor sessions accordingly.
Working with presenters to ensure consistency of delivery and making changes to presentations with support of the Team Assistant and Marketing.
Organising Financial Wellbeing sessions, ensuring the successful implementation of the offering, and collaborating with the team to support delivery.
Overseeing contracts and billing, proactively managing contract renewals, and identifying strategies to retain and grow client accounts.
Working with the marketing team to maintain and develop promotional materials, slide decks, and as we look to launch externally working collaboratively with marketing managers to design an effective marketing strategy to increase awareness of the proposition.
Working with the wider team to research and develop the proposition, helping to inform the proposition strategy.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Proven experience working in Wealth Management, Financial Services or Professional Services.
Proficiency with Salesforce, other CRM software, or customer relationship tracking systems.
Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as the ability to adapt to new systems, navigation of intranet sites and various web-based packages.
Nice-to-have
Pitching experience desirable.
Degree welcome but not essential.
