What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Technology Lead, Cybersecurity Awareness & Education position focuses on managing the end-to-end operation of the enterprise awareness & education platform. As the product owner, the incumbent will manage the vendor relationship and the application stewardship.
What will you do?
Manage the Human Risk Platform for the enterprise
Manage relationship with the platform vendor, including contract management
Serve as Application Custodian, managing all application processes
Manage all reporting requests
Create and manage customized workflows
Manage the team mailbox, fielding/triaging requests and questions
Responsible for the application data analytics.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
5 to 7 years’ experience in IT, application management, cybersecurity
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A team player, willing to work to support all team initiatives.
Able to work independently and takes initiative where appropriate.
Experience working in a large corporate organization.
High level of tolerance for ambiguity.
Must be available to work on premises min 3 days/week.
Nice-to-have
CISSP Credential
Experience in cybersecurity in any capacity
Experience with security awareness campaigns
