What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the Director, Cyber and Technology Risk Reporting & Analytics, this position plays a key role in identifying, analyzing, and reporting IT risks to support risk management and compliance efforts. The IT Risk Reporting and Analytics professional is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing IT risk data to support informed decision-making by senior management.

This role involves developing predictive models, automating risk assessments, and providing actionable insights to enhance cybersecurity, compliance, and operational resilience.

What will you do?
Risk Metrics and Reporting

  • Collaborate with Data Engineering Analytics & Reporting Teams (ORSS) and manage the risk metric program for Cyber/IT Risk aligned with the existing RACI.
  • Serve as a conduit between IT/Cyber SMEs, ORSS and Source Systems (this includes resolution of the Source System data quality issues).
  • Build requirements to identification of data source, data quality control and dashboards (including but not limited to metric definitions, filtering criteria, data sourcing, additional
  • metric specific DQ checks, visualization requirements).
  • Work with identified data sources to define metric logic and ensures feasibility of the metrics.
  • Approve Metric Dictionary.
  • Approve Dashboard Dictionary and User Interface Document.
  • Perform and documents UAT / PIV on dashboard implementation.
  • Provides UAT and “go-live” sign off.
  • Report any dashboard or metric related anomalies.
  • Extract raw data and pre-processed data to support troubleshooting or deep dive analysis.
  • Identification of dashboard / metric owners.
  • Prioritize analytics requirements across the Cyber/IT Risk domain.

Risk Data Process Management

  • Manage the annual Risk Appetite Measure refresh program.
  • Manage the annual risk metric refresh program.


What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:

  • University degree, or equivalent
  • 3-5 years in the financial services or other regulated industries
  • 3-5 years’ experience in development of Risk Analytics and Reporting
  • 3-5 years’ experience in in risk identification, aggregation, analysis, and ranking
  • 3-5 years in a delivery organization
  • Strong metrics and performance management background including data management and
  • analysis.

Nice-to-have:

  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
  • Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity risks, IT controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
