What is the opportunity?
The Senior Manager, Learning Development, Cybersecurity Awareness & Education position will lead the development and delivery of educational material for the enterprise cybersecurity awareness and education program. The role will focus on creating content that teaches employees how to be cyber safe across all their digital practices, both at work and at home. Reporting to the Director, Cybersecurity Awareness & Education, the incumbent will ensure all learning material is consistent with the program brand guidelines and marketing requirements.
What will you do?
Develop and deliver training programs for the enterprise cybersecurity awareness and education program on a monthly basis
Manage the cybersecurity awareness and education intranet hub
Manage the LMS through the phishing simulation application
Create learning pathways for cybersecurity topics as they arise
Continuously updates training materials to reflect the latest threat trends and mitigation strategies.
Remain up-to-date on the latest trends, tactics, and techniques used by threat actors.
Work closely with the marketing and design leads to ensure learning material is developed with consistent branding.
This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
5 to 7 years’ experience in adult learning, change management, communications.
Master of Articulate Storyline, proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Exceptional communications skills with strong attention to detail.
Expert in developing various types of learning material to suite all learning styles.
Experience in developing change management programs.
Exceptional presentation skills, with expert level skills in MS Powerpoint
A team player, willing to work to support all team initiatives.
Able to work independently and takes initiative where appropriate.
Experience working in a large corporate organization.
High level of tolerance for ambiguity.
Must be available to work on premises min 3 days/week.
Nice-to-have
Bilingual (French/English)
Experience in cybersecurity awareness
Change Management Credential
