Job Description
What will you do?
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business goals and customer needs.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for development teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and beyond.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
- Monitor and analyze product performance, leveraging data-driven insights to inform future development.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends, tools, and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related communication, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the AI program, managing a portfolio of projects delivery and budget
- Collaborate with stakeholders across AI, technology, and business teams to align on priorities and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, project plans, schedules, and budgets for tracking key milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
What you need to succeed?
Must have’s:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Proven experience in project management, including managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello).
- Knowledge of software development processes and cloud-based architectures.
- Experience in user research and product design principles.
