What is the opportunity?

We are hiring an expert in change management and communications to join the CAE Group as a Senior Manager, Major Program Change Management. This role will contribute to building change strategy, own the creation and delivery of tactical plans, and design essential training and communications to enable our global stakeholder base in navigating program and process change. This is a role that offers room to learn, to flex your creative muscles, and to evolve the role of change management in the team.

What will you do?

  • Design and deliver messages, blogs, videos, How To guides, presentation decks and infographics that help people understand and navigate change
  • Build and own the delivery of tactical plans, workbacks and deliverables for specific business and program initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of our overall change strategy including the vision for how we engage people, how we deliver change, and how we enable people through training and learning
  • Own the strategic planning and tactical delivery of specific change initiatives spanning the people-process-technology triad
  • Partner with Audit and technology subject matter experts to create change impact assessments, stakeholder identification and analysis documents, conduct gap analyses, and determine how to position the change in a larger context
  • Engage with stakeholders in both large and small groups, in person and virtually, to deliver presentations, Q&As, Ask-the-Expert sessions, and training

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • 7-10 years of experience in communications and change management for a highly-regulated global enterprise, ideally gained in the context of Audit, Risk, Technology or Compliance
  • Undergraduate degree and/or post-graduate certification in areas such as journalism, communications, media production, organizational culture, change management
  • Proven experience leading communications and change programs (technology, culture, organizational or process) from end-to-end including visioning, designing, stakeholdering, scaling and evolving, including engaging with and presenting to executive stakeholders (VP+)
  • Proven ability to produce an integrated suite of multi-media collaterals including video and related engagement metrics (portfolio required)
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate, translate and train people on complex process and technology changes in partnership with SMEs and sponsors

Nice-to-have

  • Prosci certification
  • Graphic design or data visualization training and/or experience
  • HTML (intermediate) or WYSIWYG (expert) experience
  • High level of curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, passion for user experience design
