What is the opportunity?

Are you a strategic storyteller who loves turning data into insights and crafting messages that inspire action? Join the Training & Development team at RBC Wealth Management Canada to help shape how our people learn and grow. As a Strategy & Communications Associate, you’ll lead department communications, support key initiatives, and drive data-informed decisions. You'll collaborate across teams to ensure clear, impactful messaging and help evolve our programs with purpose. This dynamic role blends content creation, data storytelling, strategic planning, and event support—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and analysis go hand in hand.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies for training programs and initiatives

  • Collaborate on content for leadership presentations, newsletters, updates and editorial content

  • Maintain the Training & Development presence on internal Communications spaces

  • Analyze training data and content performance to identify trends and areas of improvement

  • Support ongoing feedback collection and report findings to stakeholders and Product Owners

  • Translate insights into learner personas, journey maps, and strategic recommendations

  • Manage and refresh digital learning content, including microlearning, blog posts and presentations

  • Support planning and coordination of virtual and in-person training events

What do you need to succeed?

Must haves:

  • Experience in communications, content strategy, or training

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone

  • Analytical mindset with experience turning data into stories and visualizations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with dashboards a plus

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines

  • Collaborative spirit with a passion for improving learner experiences
