As an intern in RBC’s Amsterdam office, you will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services

What will you do?

• Assisting in execution of mandated deals

• Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials

• Gathering public information through numerous sources

• Creating financial model analyses

• Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics

• Building company forecast models

• Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or M&A assignments

• Producing and maintaining various databases

• General research

What do you need to succeed?

Must have

• University degree or equivalent

• Hardworking, resilient, enthusiastic and professional work ethic

• Sound judgement with strong analytical and quantitative skills and high attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels

• Teamwork approach with colleagues

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Fluency in English and Dutch. Applications that are not fluent in these languages will not be considered.
