What is the opportunity?
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Executive Compensation Consultant to join our Total Rewards team, with a specialized focus on data management and analytics. This role will play a critical part in supporting executive compensation programs through the management, analysis, and reporting of large and complex data sets. The ideal candidate is an expert in handling confidential data, deriving insights, and ensuring data accuracy to support business decisions and regulatory compliance.
What will you do?
- Manage, validate and maintain executive compensation data across multiple systems, ensuring integrity and confidentiality.
- Design and generate reports and dashboards to support executive compensation planning and modeling.
- Support the administration of executive compensation programs including base pay, annual incentives, long-term incentives and deferred compensation.
- Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems.
- Prepare detailed analytics and presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Assist in the design and implementation of compensation tools, technologies, and processes that enhance efficiency and data governance.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in compensation / human resources.
- Strong expertise in data management, analytics, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Workday, SAP, or similar systems).
- Understanding of executive compensation principles, equity vehicles, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive data with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present data insights to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compensation survey tools.
