WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY
The Senior Director of Product Management—Growth at RBCx is a strategic leadership role centered on establishing and scaling practice and monetization strategy to drive growth, retention, and optimization across RBCx’s portfolio companies, including Mydoh, Houseful, Dr. Bill, and Ownr.
This individual will establish the portfolio's measurement strategy, growth framework, and experimentation culture, ensuring each portfolio company has data-driven insights to scale effectively. They will collaborate with GMs, product, analytics, marketing, and finance teams to achieve alignment on North Star metrics, cohort analysis, monetization models, and LTV optimization.
This role requires an experienced growth product leader with extensive expertise in product analytics, business strategy, and revenue growth within high-growth scale-up environments. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using actionable insights to shape product strategy, drive business results, and simultaneously scale multiple companies.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Drive the growth strategy, particularly through data analysis, actionable insights and product experimentation.
Build a team to drive cross-portfolio insights to identify opportunities for synergies and scale advantages.
Develop data-informed dashboard to track acquisition, retention, pricing strategy, and revenue expansion across all portfolio companies.
Introduce predictive analytics, churn forecasting, and customer segmentation models to optimize business outcomes.
Guide leadership teams on LTV modeling, monetization levers, and growth opportunities based on data insights.
Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, product teams, and GTM leaders, embedding a data-driven culture in decision-making.
Lead collaboration between product, marketing, finance, and data teams to drive business alignment.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have
A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or Business.
12+ years of experience in growth product management, product analytics, or strategy, preferably in a multi-business or portfolio environment.
Proven track record of scaling product-led growth (PLG) through experimentation and data-informed decisioning.
Deep experience with product analytics, cohort analysis, funnel optimization, and LTV modeling.
Strong technical understanding of analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, SQL, Python, Tableau, etc.).
Experience driving pricing strategy, customer segmentation, and retention models.
Nice-to-have
An advanced degree, such as an MBA or a master’s in data science, Business Analytics, or Engineering, is highly preferred, especially if it emphasizes strategy, mathematics, or analytics.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, marketplace, or subscription-based business models.
Background in financial services or regulatory environments is a plus.
Knowledge of predictive analytics, churn forecasting, and revenue modeling.
