Digital offers a dynamic, fast-paced and exciting environment with unique exposure across channels, sales & servicing digitization and advisor & AC productivity platforms. Reporting to the Director – Digital Product Management, as the Senior Manager - Digital Product, you will support the strategy and execution of our digital distribution channels across advisor, online and mobile platforms, ensuring our retail banking products are easily accessible and effectively distributed to customers.

What will you do?

  • Assist in defining and executing digital product strategies that ensure seamless accessibility of retail banking products

  • Produce materials for SVP/EVP-level & Group Executives for review, discussion, and decision

  • Support the monitoring and consolidation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of digital distribution initiatives and recommend optimizations

  • Analyze customer behaviour, feedback and market trends to identify insights

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify emerging digital distribution opportunities

  • Act as a liaison between product, technology, risk/compliance and marketing teams

Must Have

  • Strong technical ability with PowerPoint and Excel (e.g. Think Cell and Efficient Elements)

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy or product management experience within a Financial Services, fintech or technology company

  • Experience with new/emerging businesses and digital business models

  • Strong written and oral communication skills, Interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships at every level of the organization

  • Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and across different lines of business

  • High level of initiative and motivation

Nice-to-have

  • MBA or graduate / post-graduate or professional designations or equivalent

  • Minimum two years of deep and broad management consulting experience with an emphasis on business strategy
