Job Description
What will you do?
- Understand and capture business requirements, and translate them to functional specifications.
- Provide in-depth analysis and solutioning for financial market and investments data.
- Lead complex group meetings (including business partners) for problem solving, decision making and implementation planning.
- Provide technical expertise and assist Development and QA teams during Projects execution.
- Provide efficient second tier support to critical applications.
- Provide direction, expertise, feedback, coaching, and development to build the capabilities of more junior staff.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have:
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience as a business system analyst
- Strong understanding of Investment Management business domain and concepts, e.g. discretionary vs non-discretionary management, rebalancing, trading, various instrument and asset class types, performance RoR, UMA, etc.
- Proven ability to acquire deep functional understanding of new Wealth Management solutions.
- Excellent data analysis with experience in performing integration between different data systems and define their interfaces.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines amongst different projects and priorities.
- Proficient in SQL querying in order to perform data mining and data analysis.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience working with different project methodologies; Agile, Waterfall
