Are you looking for a competitive total rewards program? Your primary focus will be to support the Analysts by providing fundamental analysis of companies in the Real Estate sector.

What will you do?

• Develop and enhance detailed company specific and industry macro financial models

• Maintain and develop sector specific databases and presentations

• Maintain relationships with coverage companies, investors and others internally within Capital Markets

• Analyze IFRS and US GAAP financial statements as well as company-specific information and industry-specific data and key performance indicators

• Assist with writing research notes and sector reports

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

• An undergraduate degree with a focus on Business or Finance

• A CPA, MBA, CFA designation or CFA exam enrollment is preferred

• Demonstrated business writing capabilities

• Strong computer skills, including Excel, with an ability to quickly learn new platforms

• Detail oriented and strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize data points into trends beyond the mainstream

• A high-energy, self-motivated persona with the ability to perform under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines, sometimes for extended periods of time

• A strong process-orientation with the ability to learn quickly on the job

• Demonstrated passion for equity/financial markets

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in the sector or Research related role an asset
