What is the opportunity?

The role is responsible for successful definition and execution of requirements needed to deliver against Commercial Banking’s strategic objectives, by providing oversight, guidance, and governance of the business analysis activities on low to moderately complex projects. The purpose of the role is to facilitate strategic analysis, investigation of root causes of business problems and analyze opportunities for business improvement for Commercial Banking initiatives and projects. This role demonstrates knowledge and ability and can apply the Business Analysis competency in moderately complex situations. Is recognized as an expert, internally and/or externally.

What will you do?

  • Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities

  • Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates

  • Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review

  • Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standard requirements

  • Support process due diligence and develop future state process map/requirements.

  • Support QA, UAT and PIV activities including planning, test case/plan development, defect triage, root-cause analysis for requirements related issues

  • Engagement with business, functional, enterprise and T&O partners

  • Support Design and Development activities and creation of end-user documentation and training

  • Support the consistency of standards and adherence to enterprise requirements and controls methodology

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • 2-3 years’ proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile

  • Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation.

  • Proven experience in requirements analysis, documentation, design, development, testing and execution.

  • Experience in Commercial Banking

  • Undergraduate Degree/Diploma

Nice to have:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or,

  • Project Management Institute, Professional in Business Analysis (PMI – PBA) Certification
