Please note: This posting is for a 4-month Winter 2025 STUDENT placement with a start date of January 2025 and end-date of April 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-month Student position, you must either:

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2025; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in December 2024/April 2025), but you require the work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.

Please ensure that you meet these eligibility requirements before applying - candidates who apply but are found to be ineligible are not able to be considered.

What is the opportunity?

The Business Financial Services Intern Project Coordinator has primary responsibility to assist in managing and coordinating the milestone delivery and reporting for the Commercial Banking Delivery Model Workstream.

What will you do?

  • Assist in preparing communication updates to Regional Banking and National Office on progress, upcoming milestones and key messages
  • Leading the milestone and project post-mortems to identify key learnings and opportunities for future improvement
  • Understand the learn the basics of Business Delivery Model and Advisor Strategy and Delivery Model Workstream to provide in-depth analysis on various roles and responsibilities, meeting routines, overlap and optimization opportunities

Must-have

  • Strong communication skills - experience with PowerPoint an asset
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated and independent worker with a solutions driven mind-set
  • Interest in the financial services industry

Nice-to-have

  • Knowledge or experience in Project Management, Communication and/or Financial Services Industry
