What is the Opportunity?

The Manager, Talent Integration will be key contributor in supporting the Talent Integration team and HRBPs, responsible for delivering HR Reporting requirements and supporting the delivery of HR strategic objectives, talent initiatives, and solutions.

What will you do?

  • Partner with Talent Integration team and HRBPs to understand data and reporting needs and requirements.

  • Deliver HR Reporting requirements, applying data and reporting knowledge, skills, and practices to perform a variety of data and reporting assignments.

  • Support with programme and initiatives (planning, management and delivery) for the region, ensuring project goals and objectives are accomplished within approved timeframe, scope and budget.

  • Support / manage the delivery of HR cyclical activities (e.g. Employee Listening programmes, Year-End Performance Enablement, Talent Programmes and Initiatives), and provide ad hoc operational support / BAU tasks.

  • Proactively manage programme and initiatives governance, identifying and escalating risks.

  • Support HR Europe Engagement activities assisting the facilitation of business routines, including meeting coordination and presentation materials.

  • Drive business value through creation of proposals, business cases and provide reporting on associated benefit metrics, objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Partner with the HR Centres of Expertise (COE) teams as required to provide deeper workforce and platform insights, leveraging best practice to implement enhancements to regional reporting.

  • Provide data reporting in response to business and HR teams requests.

What do you need to succeed?


  • Proficiency in managing data, business analysis and managing reporting with excellent attention to detail.

  • Embrace and drive a data-driven approach to scoping/solving business issues.

  • Proficient / advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to deliver reporting and presentations for an executive-level audience.

  • Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Proactive with experience managing multiple competing projects and deliverables.

  • Confidence with making decisions independently despite uncertainty and ambiguity.

  • Strong prioritisation skills.


  • Knowledge of WorkDay.

  • HR experience and understanding of employee lifecycle and talent routines.
