Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist
How does the role impact the organization?
We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist (English/French) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary recruiter for our Technology portfolio, while also supporting other business units across the firm.
This is a true full-cycle recruitment role – from workforce planning conversations through offer negotiations and onboarding partnership. You will act as a trusted talent advisor to leaders, brining market insights, data, and proactive sourcing strategies to every search.

What will your role be responsible for?
Full-Cycle Recruitment & Sourcing
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across a variety of business functions, while serving as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for all technical hiring.
- Develop and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
- Proactively build talent pipelines aligned to current and future workforce needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with passive talent in competitive markets.
Strategic Talent Partnership
- Influence hiring decisions using structured interview practices and evidence-based recommendations
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by sharing labour market insights and talent trends.
Data-Driven & Process Oriented
- Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
- Maintain accurate tracking and documentation in the ATS
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
Candidate & Stakeholder Experience
- Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from first contact through to offer.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with both candidates and hiring leaders.
- Ensure alignment, transparency, and professionalism at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle.

Qualifications
What do we expect from you?
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
- 3+ years recruiting experience, preferably in the financial services industry or in a professional business environment.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for technology roles and strong understanding of technical skill sets.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional sourcing capabilities and experience engaging passive candidates.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisition simultaneously.
- Self-sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- A genuine partnership mindset – someone who sees themselves as an extension of the business, not just a service provider.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, internal equity, and other job requirements.
