Marketing Specialist
How does the role impact the organization?
The Marketing Specialist is part of our Marketing Content team and will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive organic growth, and promote business lines externally and internally. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing strategies, creativity, exceptional writing skills, and a proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.
What will your role be responsible for?
- Work with stakeholders to help determine the best strategies and deliverables for their marketing projects.
- Develop, write, review and edit marketing materials and content, including brochures, blog posts and social media updates
- Coordinate projects from start to finish. From building the scope of work with stakeholders to working with our design team to posting across channels.
- Experience in digital marketing techniques, email marketing, social media etc.
- The successful candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and is able to read and understand French very well.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to perform under tight deadlines and in a high pressure environment.
- As needed, support senior team leaders on new projects and priorities.

Qualifications
What do we expect from you?
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field;
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role;
- Bilingual in French and English; written, spoken and comprehension
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, SEO tools and CRM systems;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment; and
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to solving problems;
- Detail-oriented with a strong creative flair;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.
