Cindy Boury Private Wealth Management of Raymond James Ltd. is seeking a full-time receptionist to work in our Garden Court branch office in Abbotsford BC.

Your duties as Receptionist will include client service and administrative support to the branch and our clients. This is a great work environment, which supports personal career growth and team support. Your hours of work will be 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday. The position is available immediately.

Specifically, you will:

• Answer the phones for the branch and respond to general inquiries on the phone or in person.
• Greet and welcome clients; offer and prepare refreshments as needed (creating a warm first impression for visitors).
• Maintain tidiness of boardrooms, common areas and staff kitchen.
• Coordinate and track office and kitchen supplies, processes and maintenance of office equipment
• Set up boardroom for client meetings, presentations and other special events.
• Send, receive, and distribute all mail and courier packages.
• Review and process all cheques and banking.
• Prepare, edit, format and print letters, cards and other materials.
• Perform project-based work and a variety of routine office duties as required.
• Manage and care for the office

• Meticulous attention to detail and incredible organizational skills.
• The ability to work within deadlines.
• Ability to manage your own time and be a self-starter on given tasks.
• A dependable, responsible nature.

To qualify for this opportunity, you possess:

• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook), and CRM experience is an asset.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team environment and demonstrate a professional, friendly manner.
• Previous Receptionist or Customer Service experience is an asset.
