What Enterprise Sales at Quest Looks Like

Our EMEA Enterprise Sales teams partner with large complex organizations across industries such as financial services, manufacturing, public sector, technology, and healthcare. We operate at C‑level and senior IT leadership level, helping customers address challenges in:

  • Cybersecurity (Identity Security, AD/AAD/Entra, Privileged Access)
  • Data Management, Data Operations & Data Intelligence
  • Governance and Compliance
  • SaaS transformation and IT modernization
  • Building the trusted data foundation for enterprise AI

Enterprise Sales at Quest is high‑impact, consultative, and strategic, focusing on long‑term growth, account expansion, and delivering measurable business outcomes for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Hunter Sales Focus

Drive new business across assigned territory or vertical; identify, qualify, and close large‑scale enterprise opportunities.

  • Expansion of Strategic Key Accounts

Grow footprint within large enterprise customers through deep account planning, stakeholder mapping, and value‑based selling.

  • Upsell & Cross‑sell Across Existing Accounts

Leverage Quest’s broad portfolio to increase solution adoption and expand ARR.

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership.

From prospecting to qualification, discovery, solution strategy, business case development, and closing.

  • Solution Qualification Across Key Domains

Identify customer needs across cybersecurity, data management, SaaS, AI‑readiness, platform modernization, and data governance.

  • Pipeline Development & Forecast Accuracy

Maintain high-quality pipeline and ensure CRM excellence.

  • Collaborate Cross‑Functionally

Work closely with Pre‑Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Channel teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.

  • Territory Planning & Market Development

Execute a structured territory or account plan aligned to revenue targets and customer expansion potential.

Qualifications

  • Strong track record in Enterprise Sales with proven quota achievement.
  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, identity security, data management, or IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in hunter roles, new ARR generation, and enterprise expansion.
  • Ability to drive multi‑million ACV opportunities in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills.
  • Experience with value‑based sales methodologies (Value Selling, MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.).
  • Comfortable working with C‑level and senior IT leadership.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or Scandinavian languages are a strong advantage depending on region.
  • Willingness to travel within the region.

Preferred

  • Experience selling into large enterprise accounts within EMEA.
  • Background in cybersecurity, data governance, identity security, or SaaS transformation.
  • Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem (AD, AAD/Entra ID, Microsoft Security).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
