We’re looking for a Channel Program Manager to design, scale, and optimize our partner programs in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role sits at the intersection of partners, data, and revenue, owning the operational backbone of our channel ecosystem while using insights and analytics to drive performance, adoption, and growth.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to ensure partners are enabled, motivated, and delivering measurable impact.
Responsibilities
Channel Program Strategy & Execution
-Own the end-to-end channel program lifecycle, including onboarding, enablement, incentives, and ongoing optimization
-Design and manage partner tiers, benefits, certifications, and performance criteria
-Scale repeatable, data-backed partner motions aligned to company GTM strategy
Data & Performance Management
-Define, track, and report on channel KPIs (pipeline, revenue, activation, ROI, engagement)
-Build dashboards and reporting to provide visibility into partner performance and program effectiveness
-Use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvements
Partner Enablement & Experience
-Develop partner enablement materials, including playbooks, training, documentation, and onboarding flows
-Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and co-selling motions
-Act as the internal advocate for partner experience and operational efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Work with RevOps and Finance on forecasting, attribution, and partner compensation models
-Partner with Product to incorporate partner feedback and support integrations where relevant
-Ensure operational excellence across CRM, PRM, and other SaaS tools
Qualifications
-8+ years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, or partnerships, preferably in B2B SaaS
-Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using data to drive decisions
-Experience working with CRM and partner tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, PRMs, BI tools)
-Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Experience supporting data, analytics, or platform SaaS products
-Background in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM analytics
-Familiarity with API-based, marketplace, or integration partners
-Experience scaling partner programs in high-growth environments
-Travel as needed
