-Craft and position compelling narratives about Quest Software’s solutions, vision, market differentiation, and customer successes—translating technical depth into accessible, business-relevant stories.

-Manage and lead a public relations agency, building strategic plans and working on proactive and reactive communications plans in coordination with the agency.

-Support global executive visibility program: support certain C-level leaders and regional leads in internal communications (e.g., emails, All-Hands, etc.), media engagements, speaking opportunities, briefing materials, and commentary.

-Monitor, analyze, and report on communications and media impact (e.g., share of voice, sentiment, audience reach, coverage quality) and leverage insights to refine strategy.

-Monitor, analyze, and report on internal communications measurements and impact, and leverage insights and data to refine strategy.

-Serve as a trusted advisor on communications matters: ensure alignment, consistency, and brand integrity across external and internal channels; anticipate issues and act quickly with high judgment.

Qualifications

-Proven track record of leading and executing global communications programs for a technology-oriented company.

-Strong experience managing senior media relationships, high-visibility coverage, and reputation issues.

-Experience defining, leading, and executing internal communications programs, with measurable results.

-Excellent writing skills, strategic mindset, ability to translate complex technology topics into clear business narratives.

-Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
